Ackerman Trucking runs 48-foot flatbeds and step-decks with coil racks, tarps, and edge protection. We haul metal sheets, coils, rolls, and general freight from our Nampa, ID base to anywhere in the lower 48.

Standard flatbeds rated for steel, aluminum, lumber, and machinery. Built for legal loads that need open-deck access and fast strap-down.
Step-decks
Lower deck height for taller freight and over-dimensional loads. Ideal for equipment and bulky metal that won't fit a standard flatbed.
Coil racks & edge protection
Coil racks cradle round steel and cable reels. Edge protectors, corner boards, and V-boards keep banded loads from cutting straps or tarps.
Chains, straps & tarps
Grade-70 chain binders, winch straps, lumber tarps, and steel tarps on every flatbed unit so your freight ships weather-tight and FMCSA-legal.
